The Galactic Code is a systematic set of rules created by the luminous power race in the Milky Way to maintain order in this universe. The basic rights of each individual have been clarified, as well as the methods for correcting abnormal states. All Light Friends abide by the contents of the Code of Conduct with free will, as each provision of this Code embodies the cosmic faith of the Light Friends.
