The 24 elders of Beta Andromeda constellation are located in a Level 9 civilization in the 12th dimension, which is the highest civilization level in this universe. They have sovereignty over 24 vast territories, covering 144000 guardianship areas, including the solar system,the Pleiades, and so on. But the Andromeda Elders are not the commander-in-chief of this universe, the commander-in-chief of this universe is the highest law enforcement agency of this universe.
The elders of Andromeda are pure divine consciousness, in charge of the Light of Life program and assigning tasks to the Angel Legion, spreading throughout the creation and bringing new parts to the new creation. They are the divine disseminators of the unified laws of the universe. They guide ascending masters and self achieving master level teachers, covering all aspects of life related to their constellation or planetary domains. They currently focus on the Earth Consciousness Enhancement Program and work closely with the Galactic Star Seed Alliance.
The elders of Andromeda are at the level of incarnation consciousness, also known as Avatar consciousness and Sun consciousness. The Angel Legion
The Angel Legion is the creator of life in this universe, known as “Nüwa” in the East and “Angels” in the West.
